Not sure what to say?

I was greatly saddened by the news of Mary's death though I knew she had been battling cancer for many years. I was out of town at the time and regret not being with you to deliver my heartfelt condolences. My association with Mary was primarily through Church Women United but our paths ofen crossed as we shared many of the same social concerns. You lost your father only months ago so you are dealing with the double loss. You have my heartfelt sympathy.

Genny,
I was sad to hear about your mom today at church. I remember her being a very nice and gracious lady. My prayers and thoughts are with you and your family. With sympathy, Mary Mayhan

Hey Eddie, your Mom is at peace, I hope we didn't put her through any sleepless nights when we were young and dumb. I thought the world of your Mother and Father. They were always easy to be around. I hope you are well and I know you and everything will be just fine. I still have to go through what you've already gone through and I'll need some encouragement. Hang in there and see you later!
