Not sure what to say?

I have such fond memories of Aunt Mary Lee or Aunt Moonie to me. Growing up, I thought she was one of the most elegant ladies that I knew. She always adored her family and I enjoyed listening to her tell stories about Uncle Jim. I admired her for faith, her career, and her poise. She was an excellent role model. My deepest condolences to her family. She will be missed.

My 6th grade teacher at Shands Elementary (1973). Best teacher I ever had at any level. Hated to disappoint her. They don’t make them like this anymore. What a wonderful life and legacy.

I have fond memories of the family and my visits to their home. My prayers go out to them. What a gracious lady I remember- may she rest in peace.

Mrs. McCoy was my 6th grade teacher at Shands Elementary. Many of my fondest memories of elementary school occurred in Mrs. McCoy's classroom. She always possessed a delightful attitude and she made learning so much fun! She was kind, loving, compassionate, and patient. She was one of the finest teachers ever to grace the halls of any school building and her legacy will live for many years.

Yet, we always exchanged Christmas cards every year. When we did see each other you were always warm and welcoming. Family and friends have been blessed by...

Such a beautiful, classy lady. She was so very kind to me as a young teacher at Shands Elementary and I enjoyed crossing paths through the years, always getting a hug and a smile! I was blessed to know her.
