Read MoreDr. Lucas was my pediatrician at the Nalle Clinic in the late 60's and early 70's. 50 years later I can still recall his calm demeanor and funny comments to me and my mom anytime a shot or a blood draw was getting ready to happen. Took 4 nurses to hold me down. He said I'd grow out of that, he was right! My condolences to his family. May his memory be a blessing.

Ted Lucas was such a blessing to our family as a great church friend and especially to our children as their pediatrician! He lived such a great life being by our side! He and Jane and his family were also such a blessing to Myers Park Baptist and we were so fortunate for their love and care to all our members! Now they are both on the other side and will live on in our hearts forever!
