Mary (Hoit) McNerney, 89 died November 12, 2005 at the
Elliot Hospital following a
long illness. Born in Manchester she had resided in
Goffstown for most of her life. She
was the daughter of Ralph M. and Florence S. (Luscombe)
Hoit.
Mrs. McNerney attended Goffstown schools and was a
graduate of Lasalle College.
During WWII she was a member of the United States Navy
serving with the WAVES.
Along with her husband, a career officer in the United
States Airforce Mrs. NcNerney
traveled extensively to different stations of duty.
She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution,
Shirley Club and
Goffstown Historical Society. She served as a volunteer at
the Veterans Hospital of
Manchester.
She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Daniel P.
McNerney.
She is survived by one son Michael H. McNerney of Hawaii.
A sister Nancy H. Donnelly
of New York. Many cousins, nephews and friends.
There are no calling hours funeral services will be
Wednesday 11:00AM at French and
Rising Funeral Home 17 South Mast Street Goffstown. Burial
will be at Westlawn
Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to
Goffstown Emergency Medical
Services Association. 18 Church St. Goffstown, NH 03045.

Mary and Dan were long time friends of my father-in-law, Roland. Our condolences to her family. She was a lovely person.
