Mary Beatrice Mead

I send my prayers to Mary´s family, the Meads and the Billings. Mary´s husband was a distant cousin of mine whom I remember as a child and young adult. I played with all of the cousins on their farms in the beautiful Animas Valley and treasure the many memories. I send my love to all of you who mourn Mary´s passing. Mary was a dear friend and neighbor for so many years. I have so many fun memories of working with her, laughing (she had a great sense of humor), and visiting her and Jim during the holidays with our family. She was a very talented artist and never stopped wanting to create pretty things. We had many fun conversations during the last few years filled with memories of her colorful childhood and of our families. Blessings to her and to her family.
