I am truly saddened to learn of Mrs. Mitchum´s passing. I have known her my entire life as she and Mr. Mitchum were close friends of my parents. I was hoping to get to Charleston this summer to visit her. She always called to check on my Mom after she moved to Tennessee in her last years. A lovely, lovely lady that was so proud of her family and was always eager to tell me about each of you. Prayers are being sent to you, Glenn, Lamar and your families.

I will miss Mary every day. She was a dear friend. My condolences to her boys, the loves of her life.
