Read MoreMary Lou was such a precious lady. We met her through church and business and it was always a joy to see her. Even if she had trouble recognizing us, she was always eager to visit. Always a smile and a good word. She spoke often of being so grateful to have found Jesus Christ and she looked forward to being with Jim once again.

I remember Mrs. Mooney's wonderful hospitality to Debbie's friends through many years of scout meetings and birthday parties and school events.
She was always so kind and friendly, and now (viewing it from an adult perspective) so very well organized besides.

I'm so sad to read this. Though I saw your other rarely, I always enjoyed her so much. I loved having your family as our neighbors for many years. Mary Lou was a dear friend, and I, too, will miss her.
