I just heard about your Mother's death. I send sincere condolences. Mary Lou was a wonderful neighbor and I enjoyed dropping by to see her, to pick up a Tupperware or Avon catalog, and just to find out the latest news for the neighborhood. She was always so kind and perfect host to her friends. She introduced me to one of my greatest friends from Springfield - Jamie. I met Mary Lou through Beth and was blessed to meet all her daughters at one time or another. God has gained a wondrous Angel and I hope she and my Mom get to meet in heaven

Beth, your Mom was a Pastor's Wife - just like my Mom was - I will never remember what my Mom said- several years before she passed away several years ago - "I wasn't a Pastor Wife because my Husband was a Pastor...I was a Pastor's Wife because that is what God called me to be!" I am sure your Mom felt the same way - I pray that they have the opportunity to be together today!

I met Mary Lou when I was at Lewis Memorial for rehab. We were usually at the same table and I helped her with the menu. Take time to grieve for her in your own time and way.
