Read MoreI am a retired nurse and Janie Morrison was my Director of Nursing at DSH for many years, She was personable fair, calm and reasonable when counseling staff or moderating issues in the hospital. After retirement anumber of us would meet for lunch and we enjoyed her company. To her family- you have my sympathy at the loss of such a lovely person.

Janie was my first "real boss" after graduating from GSH nursing school. We worked together at Dayton Mental Health Center for many years. I am so sorry to hear that she has died but I will always remember her as my first mentor as well as the adventures we shared.
