Truly I would like to send my condolences to the entire family. I am finding out today that Mrs. Mcarter passed away. She was not only my neighbor in Bloomfield for over 40 years she was my children's nurse when they were in the hospital most of their childhood life many times. I'm truly saddened that I did not get the chance to say good bye or pay my respects to the families please forgive me. Sending prayers for the entire family and may she rest in peace. "Tiny"
