Not sure what to say?

Sr. Mary John was my 7th Grade teacher at St. Joseph’s School in Upland. She was a very warm, loving and supportive teacher. She encouraged her students to believe in themselves.

Sr. Mary John was the teacher who made me believe that I could do anything that I set my mind to doing. I have many fond memories of Sr. Mary John. My thoughts and prayers are with Sr. Mary John’s family, friends and the other Presentation Sisters.

Sincerely,

My family and I have had the honor and privilege of knowing Sister Mary John for 9 years. She was not only my son's teacher, but an inspiritation and breath of fresh air in our lives. Her legacy of love, knowledge and the Lord will go on in the lives she touched while at Our Lady of Lourdes School. We know that she will continue her work now, along side the Lord, for she truly was one of his shepherds on earth. God Bless You Sister... You will be remembered in our prayers and in our hearts...

I had the honor and privilege of having Sr. Mary John as my 5th Grade and 7th Grade teacher at St. Joseph’s. I have always considered her to be one of the best teachers ever. She was strict but very kind and loving. She always focused on the positive and made her students want to do better in her classes. I always think of her with a smile in my heart.

My thoughts and prayers are with Sr. Mary John’s family and friends. She will truly be missed.

Sincerely,
...

We new Sister Mary John for 10 years. Since our oldest daughter entered Our Lady of Lourdes.
She was always a joy and a huge educational and spiritual guide for our daughters as well as a friend.
Her death was a great loss for everyone who new her. But at least her suffering has ended. We're sure she is in heaven. If anybody deserves to be there, Sister Mary John should be the first on the list.
God Bless Sister Mary John as well as her Family and all the Sisters that...

I really don't know where to start because there are so many good words to describe or to tell about Sr. Mary John. One thing I am sure about though, for me it was as if she had been my gaurdian angel. She helped me in many ways, such as a decathlon coach, teacher and even as a friend. She was a terrific coach ,teacher and a wonderful friend. When I failed at memorizing my music or terms for the decathlon and I got frustrated during our practices that we had after school, she would always...

I wanted to say that I personally am going to miss Sr. Mary John a lot. And it is going to be really hard to go into the Our Lady of Lourdes School campus and know that she won't be there.
I remember that I started to get to know Sr. Mary John when I was in the fourth grade and I had her for a spanish class. and ever since then i had her either for a math class or a religion class until I graduated from OLL and even then I still saw her, talked to her and got to know her even better. I...
