Read MoreSister Mary Ann was my kindergarten teacher at Saint John the Baptist in Jersey city in 1955. She handled 45 kids by herself. No such thing as a teacher!s aide in 1955. Never got mad or showed her exasperation with us. She welcomed us into a classroom of fun and love. We sang so many songs. I have such fond memories of her and kindergarten.

Sister Mary Ann will forever be remembered for the music and joy she brought into the hearts of many. May she Rest In Peace, and fill the halls of heaven with her renditions of Ave Maria and Climb Every Mountain. She will be missed and loved by all who knew her.
