Mary Overlie

I first met Mary in January 1993, while an undergraduate at the Experimental Theatre Wing at NYU. She had recently returned from the Netherlands. Her classes that year--first in Six Viewpoints (spring) and then in the Hamilton work (fall)--were profoundly transformative. I am grateful that, over the years, that I got to work with her as a dancer, a co-director, a co-teacher, and an assistant.
