Read MoreMrs. Phelan was my fifth grade teacher and one of the greatest inspirations in my life. I grew up to become a teacher and principal. I have remembered her fondly and always strove to be to students what she was to me. I am deeply saddened by her passing but am glad that she gets to rest with the Father.
