I met Sr. Mary Kay(Elissa) in 1964 when she began teaching in Germantown, Il. I was in the 8th grade at the time. She was teaching 1st grade and I would always go to her room after school and help her with whatever she needed done. After graduating from Germantown, I continued to stop in to see her everyday on my way home from Mater Dei High School.
