Mary Piper

Back in the day, Mary (AKA "Mrs. Piper) was my much beloved girl scout leader. Under her patient guidance, I learned many a skill, including how to build a fire, row a boat, sing in rounds, and embrace the adventure of camping in (*ahem*) less-than-ideal Pacific Northwest conditions. :-) Not everyone can or wants to wrangle an entire troop of high-spirited girls.
