My Aunt Mollie.....what a do-it-all woman!!! The best memories I have of Aunt Mollie were all the AWESOME birthday cakes she made me. When Star Wars first came out, she made me a cake with all the characters from the movie on it, (because her son Micheal and I saw it in the theaters 34 times!!) She would give me all of Michaels hand me downs which were mostly Levi's shirts and jeans, usually not a bad haul, AT ALL!!! She was one of the biggest inspirations for my cooking abilities, I have the...

What can I write about Mollie........She's been my sister for many years. The first time I met Mollie was at a "Record Hop" at Watchaug Church, and Georgie was with me.(Mollie was suppose to meet him there) It was break time from dancing, so Georgie and I went outside for some fresh air. He was sitting down, looked inside and said, "There she is, coming in the front door", so I quickly sat on his lap. The look she gave me............WHOA!!! After a few minutes, I told her I was his sister,...

Mary Plant

In May of 1968 I married into the Plant family for better or for worst, (It was all good).
I met a very nice couple who were George and Mollie Plant living in West Springfield Ma., where Jo and I went to a cookout in their back yard. At that time I knew I had new friends, the couple were down to earth and welcomed me as part of the family.

After years of cookouts, dinners and picnics there was a common theme, this new friend who was my wife's...

I first met Mollie at the Y when our children were learning to swim back in the 70's. Over the years since I would see her shopping at Food Mart (Big Y) in So. Hadley where we would both stop after our day at work. She always gave me such a friendly greeting. I haven't seen her for a few years but thought of her often as I passed the lawyer's office where she used to work. I had no idea she was ill and was sorry to learn of her passing. My sympathies to her family.

To my Aunt Mollie
You will be missed greatly. I have only the fondest momories of you. You always welcomed me with open arms and I will never forget that. I know that you are now with your beloved husband and may you rest in peace. Lots of love and forever in my heart.
Love,
