Not sure what to say?

Dear Amy, Laura, Helen and families,

Justin, Emily, and I were deeply saddened to hear the news of M.L.'s death. Justin was so grateful that M.L. beat the odds on "the Whipple" and that she lived such a full life for such a long time. We spoke often of the closeness of the Pointer sisters to each other and to their beloved mother. Your parents have endowed you with a rich and beautiful legacy...pass it on!

Grace and peace,
Rev. Mary Alice Haynie...

Dear Helen, Amy and Laura,
I am your Pointer cousin in Como and read of your mother's death in the Memphis Commercial Appeal. I am so sorry about your loss, your mother sounds like a very wonderful lady from the other notes, I know how much you will miss her. My mother, Lillian's mother, Sarah, and your grandfather were brother and sister. I am sorry I have never known you, Mary Helen used to keep me up to date on your side of the Pointer family. Know you are in my thoughts and...

Dear Brody Family,
How wonderful to have had someone like Mrs. Pointer in your life for so long! Every day is such a gift. I know you will treasure these memories in your hearts forever. With our love, caring and deepest sympathy,

Your Mom and Dad were always fun to be with during our years in Birmingham.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Your Mom was a very special lady.

To Laura, Amy and Helen,
Your mother was such a kind and loving person. She truly was an example of living the life of Christ. I loved knowing her growing up. She was so much fun! I love you all! You all will be in my prayers.
Love,
Lisa

Please know you are in my heart during these difficult days. What a lovely lady and what a beautiful smile. She contacted me when my Mom passed away several years ago and it meant so much. I remember your family fondly from school days at St. Francis Xavier. May your memories sustain you until you are reunited.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. What a sweet, kind woman! She will be sorely missed.
