I am so very sorry to learn of Mary Katherine's passing. I am one of the librarians who followed in her footsteps at the Marine Center Library at LUMCON and am very grateful for her help along the way. I think I first met her at the IAMSLIC International Conference held in Bermuda. We roomed together, so I was able to learn from her as I began working at LUMCON. Be at peace, dear heart!

Very sorry to hear of her passing worked with her at Greeenwell Springs Library very warm and loving person and was always willing to help. Praying for strength for the Politz Family, God Bless!

Samuel and family, I was very sorry to read of Mary Katherine's passing. She and I were in the same class at Belle Rose Elementary and Assumption High. May she rest in peace.

Sad news about a lovely friend & library colleague. My condolences to her family. I was lucky to know MK when we worked together in the reference department at the East Baton Rouge Parish Library. I know she will be well occupied gardening & traveling the Cosmos--after Paris, of course.
