Not sure what to say?

It is with heartfelt sadness that I learned of Mary's passing. I enjoyed her company and warm friendship. Her lucky students loved her. She helped them learn to speak English and adjust to life in America. Mary made the world a better place for all who knew her. She will be sorely missed.

Patrick we are sorry for the loss of your mom. We know she must have been proud of you. Your entire family is in our prayers.

I worked with Mary when she was a specialist in the Bilingual Dept. She was funny, sharp, a hard worker, and very conscientious, yet so down to earth. You could talk to Mary about anything and know she had your back.
I was so saddened when she told me about her being diagnosed with Parkinson’s.

Mary for 35 years you have been an amazing friend to me and my doggies! You helped me in the classroom with students and families when I couldn’t speak Spanish or Portuguese you came to my rescue! We did lunches and plays, traveled together and you did my taxes! My dogs taught you to love them and you welcomed me to stay in your home whenever I visited from NH. I not only found comfort and friendship there but got to be friends with your granddaughter Zoe!
Jim and Pat your mom would be...

Mary has been a part of my life and my family since we were very young children and we grew up together sharing all the joys that went with it. She will be sadly missed as she was a wonderful friend and someone I always looked up to. She had a heart of gold and was a very kind person. Condolences to the Psarras and Auten families at this very sad time.

I worked with Mary at H&R Block. My condolences to your family.

During my beginning years of teaching, Mary willingly offered assistance with my students who were learning English. I remain grateful to this day. May special memories of Mary help ease your sorrow in the days ahead.

To Mary’s family, On behalf of the Stratford High School Class of 1963 we send our condolences at this sad time in your lives. We will miss her at our class luncheons.
