Not sure what to say?

It was only 3 years ago that I first met Sr. George at the Bishop Perry Center in New Orleans where she would come with other Marianites for mass. I loved seeing her handiwork on her walker and other items. May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace.

Sr George was my 8th grade teacher; she was firm and fair. She touched the lives of many students and was an excellent educator. Sr George really knew her La History as well. Rip Sr George heaven has another angel

Sr. George was y first Principal at St. Julian Eymard in 1967. She was loved by all. I'll never forget her.

I am a better person for having known my friend, Georgie. When she lived at St. Rita, she came down to the teachers' lounge every morning and made coffee. The mornings I spent with her meant so much to me. She shared her words of wisdom and her delightfully dry humor. When she moved from St. Rita, I missed sharing the morning with her. She touched so many lives while visiting Earth. May my friend be at peace now that she "home." ❤

A wonderful friend and role model in the Christian Life. Miss her a great deal and shall never forget, neither will St. Rita Parish.

Sister Mary George was always a great inspiration to my family. I remember celebrating her Feast Day and I will treasure her memory. She was my first principle and the best. As students we had tremendous respect and love for her.

Sr. George shaped the lives of many at SJE including me and my fellow students. May she rest in peace knowing the positive effect she has had on our generation.
