Mary Ellen Richardson

Mary Ellen Richardson (nee Fuchs), age 63 of Inverness, Florida. Formally from Gloucester City and Camden City, N.J. received her wings and departed from us on January 20, 2021. Daughter of the late Raymond V. Fuchs and Julia E. Fuchs (nee Tracy).  Sister to Juliann Marlino, Rebecca Gannon, Josephine Fuchs, Joan Serfass (Dave), Georgette Hodson (Michael), and Philip Fuchs (Marla). Sister to the late Raymond V Fuchs Jr. and Francis Joseph Fuchs. Mother to Jose Fuchs, Carmen Acevedo (Julian Sr.), Dereck Rivera (Mary), Raymond Morse and Heather Messina. Loving Grandmother to Jose Fuchs Jr., Damien Fuchs, Brandon Fuchs, Ethan Fuchs, Antonio Fuchs, Joshua Brangan, Elysia Acevedo, Julian Acevedo Jr., Ariel Rivera, Angelia Rivera, Peyton Rivera, Aungiaunna Izquierdo, Austin Suarez, Harley Messina, Hailey Messina, Alyssa Messina, Alexis Messina, and Kacee Kely. Great-grandmother to Isabella Fuchs. Mary has a host of beloved nieces and nephews.

Cherished were the times spent with family and friends, traveling, playing BINGO, shooting darts, active member of VFW, American Legion, Moose Lodge and AMVET.  Always the life of the party, Mary made her small presence known in a large way with her dancing and singing.  She will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Graveside funeral services will be celebrated at 12:30 pm on Monday, February 1, 2021 in Harleigh Cemetery, 1640 Haddon Avenue, Camden, NJ. Honoring her wishes, there will be no viewing.
