Mary Eileen Rolin, age 64, of Topeka passed away Monday, December 21, 2009 at her home in Topeka. She was born April 1, 1945 in Leavenworth, Kansas the daughter of Langston Bus and Lucille Haas Erhart. She graduated from Perry High School in 1962. She married Eldon E. Rolin March 23, 1977 in Topeka. He preceded her in death May 25, 2009. They owned and operated the Korner Pub for 15 years from 1977 to 1992. She also worked for American Econo-Clad Services in Topeka for over 25 years. She is survived by a son, David Remele and his wife Michelle of Charlotte, NC; a step-son Robert R. Rolin of Topeka; a granddaughter, Jamie Remele; three grandsons, Robert M. Rolin, Joshua Remele and Noah Remele; three great grandchildren, Aidan Rolin, Caleb Rolin and Carly Rolin. Memorial visitation will be Sunday, December 27, 2009 from 2:00 4:00 p.m. at the Davidson Funeral Home. Inurnment will be at the Corpus Christi Cemetery at Mooney Creek in North Jefferson County at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Helping Hands Humane Shelter and sent in care of the Davidson Funeral Home.
