Dr. Mary Ruppe

Dr. Rupee was the finest Dr. I have had. In my 84 years I have never had any doctor treat me the way Dr. Ruppe did. My brother who was also a doctor passed away at the age of 51. Their cases were very similar and we discussed this frequently. Dr. Ruppe´s family , I hope knows that she loved them very much and talked about their all the time. I hope and pray that her family is well.

Dear family of Dr Mary! I never will forget her! My oldest, ALY, shares her XLH story online and it includes the time she had with Dr Mary in her last clinical trial. Every time she speaks of her, she cries. Dr Mary spent time with Aly to teach her about the genetic disorder she has—something ALY had wanted and needed to know! She was kind, patient and had an infectious joy. She shared about her sons—but little else on a personal level. We had no idea she was sick.

Will never forget Dr. Ruppe, she was the best and I have found no one to compare to her.

I only learned of Dr. Ruppe's passing just a few weeks ago. I am truly so sad to hear of this news. She was my wonderful doctor for many years and I will miss my annual apointment/catch up! Praying for her family.

I have been thinking about Dr Mary today..& crying. I cannot express how much she will be missed!! (I had not thought to look for an online obituary right after she died). About 2 years ago she changed my 2 daughters lives forever! I had been searching for a doctor who would take their cases, both with adult XLH and who had had care for their XLH as infants until they became 18, then no one knew what they needed to do for them as adults. Dr. Ruppe was the best doctor I ever met. I looked forward to meeting with her twice a year when I needed my Prolia shots. I am sure all her patients are very saddened.

I loved Dr. Ruppe. She is the best Endicrinologist I have every had. My sympathy and love to her family. Blessings on Dr. Ruppe.

Dr Ruppe was my doctor for several years. She always had a smile and was always laughing. She took all the time she needed with each of her patients. She truly cared. From our conversations I knew her kids and her husband and family were very important to her. She will be greatly missed. Praying for her family and friends for peace and comfort.
