I was lucky to have known Mary through many stages of our lives. We had so much fun. I was also at her funeral mass on Thursday. Jim and her family prepared a beautiful day for her and helped to remind us of Mary's love and example. Goodbye dear friend.

Jim, I was so sorry to hear about Mary. The few times I was in her presence she lit up the room. Please know you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. You all definitely have a special angel watching over you.

Years ago, I worked with Jim at the old Illinois Masonic Medical Center. He's a fine, fine gentleman. His old Illinois Masonic "family" holds Jim and his loved ones in their prayers.

My deepest sympathies to the entire Ryan Family. I knew Mary years ago when I was a young mother with three children at St. Robert's. Our children played together and we visited with each other and Joyce Schoenecker and her children. Mary was a warm, caring person with a great sense of humor. I will keep all of you in my prayers.

Mary and I went to school together a long time ago. She was always kindness and thoughtfulness personified. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

Dear Ryan Family,
