Not sure what to say?

I´m just now reading about Mary, and her husband Joe, who I´ve thought about so many times for over 50 years. I met Mary and Joe when Joe and I were in the military and stationed at the Presidio of San Francisco. We both lived near each other in San Rafael, north of S.F. and spent some wonderful hours together. They both had such outgoing, magnetic personalities. To each of their children; your parents were special people. You were blessed to have them for as long as you did. Their memory...

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.Big Daddy Joe and Mary will be missed, but their memories and spirit will always be with us.
May God continue to Bless your families with the same joy
and happiness for life which they shared so gracefully.

The Rae family has been blessed to be part of the Sav clan. Joe and Mary's dedication to the family bond, love of family and friends, and the human spirit, lives on through all of you, what a wonderful gift to give your children.
We will always have great memories of the fishing, and sharing of stories with Mary and Joe. We look forward to conitnueing to be a part of your wonderful family and their enduring spritits.

All our Love,

Joe, Jim and Sue, My thoughts and prayers are with you. I have been blessed to know and be a part of your family. Joe and Mary opened their home and their hearts. I have never felt a more loving family. I can still smell breakfast cooking and the sticky rolls. I will always remember Mary's laughter. She was kind, gracious and giving. There is a loving heart in heaven.

Joe, Jim and Sue,
We're sorry about the death of your mother. Your mom (and dad) were like second parents to me growing up and I'll always cherish the fond memories shared with your entire family. Life was always fun at the Savoldi house and amazingly we stayed out of serious trouble. I miss seeing you guys and I look forward to seeing you again. Our prayers are with you and I know your parents are rejoicing being back together again. God bless.

Joe, Jim, & Sue-
I'm so sorry to hear about your Mom's passing. Felicia and I send our thoughts and prayers your way. It was a privilege to know both of your parents, and I am honored to have been one of the friends who was welcomed into your home in Birmingham all those years ago. We all truly felt "at home" during those times spent playing pool, playing cards, watching TV, and listening to music. God Bless.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Joe and Mary Savoldi family; two great Spartans, now together again.

I was shocked and saddened to read of Mary's passing. Mary and I were pledge sisters in Alpha Gamma Delta at MSU, and we were also roommates in the sorority house. She was a wonderful friend, and sister. I cared very much about her, and for many years kept track of Mary and Joe through her sister, Anne, when we all lived in Lansing. Anne's youngest son was a classmate of my daughter's. I am very sad that I did not know of her illness. I talked to Mary at the time Joe passed away, and she...

We are so saddened to hear of the loss of Mary and Joe earlier in the year. In my interactions with them I always found them incredibly kind, gracious, and wonderful people. I know their family has always been so important to them and what a terrific family they have with such great children and grandchildren. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all, especially Sue and her wonderful family and Jim, whom I so enjoyed meeting with Joe. If we can be of any help please let us know. May...
