Mary C. Sawa, nee Flanagan of Countryside, age 66. Beloved wife of Stanley; loving mother of Scott Sawa, Megan Sawa and step-daughter, Sharleen (Peter) Mahoney; proud grandmother of Reagan Mahoney; dear sister of Terese (Bob) Danaher, Terrence (Candace) Flanagan and John (Sally) Flanagan; also survived by several nieces and nephews. Avid Chicago Bears fan. Family and friends will be received at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Rd., Westchester (2 blks West of Mannheim Rd.) on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 3pm until time of Chapel Service 7pm. Interment Private. My condolence to the Sawa and Flanagan families. Mary was a caring , pleasant & hard working person. Worked with her at Harvester, Dresser & Komatsu Dresser in Broadview for many years. Will always remember our get to gathers at Old Sawa's Restaurant.

Stan, I am so very, very sorry for your loss! Mary's was a beautiful person. She was such a gentle soul! How lucky you were to have her in your life and how fortunate for her to have you!
