Not sure what to say?

Dear Ellen and Ben, I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your sweet mother. I have many great memories of her from grade school and in past years of running in to her at the pharmacy where we would catch up and visit. I have been out of town this week and hated to miss the service. Please know that you all have been in my thoughts this week.

Dear Gus and Family,
Please accept my sincerest condolences .
Have known Mary since grammar school at Sacred Heart,High school at BEHS and also at St Joseph's School of Nursing. She was my "Big Sister" at St Joe's. Mary was a wonderful nurse and person.
May God console you at this time of great loss.
Sincerely,
Beverly Jennings Raschke

Mary was classmate at St Joseph's nursing school. She was one of the 4 of us that traveled together. Mary,Cecilia,Barbara and me. We spent many hours together laughing, crying and becoming more like sisters everyday. So many memories shared. After she was housebound we would still talk on phone. I will miss her. May she rest in peace!

Gus, Ellen , Ben and family : So sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
Jamie, also, from New Orleans, sends his sympathy too. Lynn and Jim

Dear Ellen,
I am sorry to hear of your mother's death. she was always such a sweet and kind person and wonderful nurse.
sincerely,
Peggy Purohit and family

Mary was a classmate @ BE, 61. mary was also my cousin on the Maternal side, Burn. My mother was raised by her paternal grandmother, thus I knew very little of the Burn side.
My 1st memory of Mary was @ BE when she came up to me & said hello Cous, ( I was oblivious) which she greeted me with every time I saw her through out the years.
I know she had a lengthy illiness, so now she is in a better place.
Give yourself time to process what has happened. Time sweet time. RIP

Dear Gus & Family: I was deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Mary. You are all in our prayers. Robert Maguire BEHS 1960.

Mary was an honor to her profession and an exemplar of her religion. I am blessed to have known her and be a witness to her compassion.

I worked with Mary in the out patient clinic at MUSC in 1978-80. She was wonderfully kind to me, the "newbie" nurse. Other people may have come and gone but she has stayed with me. You must be proud to think of all of the lives she has touched and I hope those thoughts will ease your sorrow.
