Dear Sedoris Family, please accept our heartfelt sympathies with your loss of Mary. She was always sweet & understanding to us neighborhood kids despite our occasional(?) rowdiness. I had a brief inspiration in the 5th grade to learn to play a musical instrument after attending a Springfield Symphony performance at Memorial Hall for city elementary kids. Mary performed on violin that day and made it look so graceful & effortless. My choice of instrument was violin...Mother drove all over...
