Not sure what to say?

Laura, Please accept my condolences for the loss of your mother. Love

It was my great privilege to get to know Mary, even though it was at the end of her life. She was a beautiful woman and was very proud of her children. I consider it a blessing to have known her. I will never forget her. God bless you, Laura and Gibson.

Our condolences to the family of a true southern lady. She will be missed. And Mary, I hope you got your red dress.

Dear Laura & Gibson: We were so saddened to hear of your Mothers Death. We have many happy memories of your Mother and wanted to express our sympathy.

Even though I did not know Mary Ann, her mother and my mother(Madge Harris Henderson) were best friends and I knew who Mary Ann was. I visited in Annie Laura and Dub's house many times. My sincere sympathy to the Shadburn family.

Laura
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I wish I knew Mary; as your mom's a special lady to have a daughter like you Laura in her lifetime. God Bless You.

Though I hadn’t had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Mary in person, but having heard many of the stories of her life from her family and in speaking to her briefly by phone, I realize what a beautiful life she had led. A reflection of her accomplishments is the loving family that she has left for us to enjoy.

I met Mary Shadburn over some very enjoyable lunches and dinners. Spending time with Mary and Laura was very entertaining and Mary delighted us with stories of her life and loving family. Her beauty and charm were surpassed only by her amazing zest for life and infinite energy. It was a pleasure to know her.

I was fortunate to spend time with Mary Shadburn in the later years. She was full of stories and tales of her life growing up in Buford. She talked about her children and family when everyone was young.

Mary held to the past, when her beauty & spirit touched so many. I pray her mind and body are at rest now. She is finally being held and comforted by our lord.
