Not sure what to say?

Ah, Mary Rose, sailor of a Cat Boat named Rum Tum Tugger, a glass coated wood sailboat moored in Jackson Park harbor. Named after a poem by T.S. Eliot (poetry was a lifelong interest of Mary Rose.) Mary Rose was a member of the Jackson Park Yacht Club in the 1980's. I had the privilege of sailing with her,

I think about Mary Rose Constantly with great affection and many memories of her friendship, hospitality and interest in everything going on in my life.

Please, if any of the family or friends of Mary Rose has a copy of her writings on her time as a religious sister could you get in touch? Unfortunately her website has been removed and it would help with my on going research.

Our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Ms. Shaugnessy. Draw close to God in prayer in your time of grief as he promises to stay close to you. Romans 12:12

I have been Mary Rose's travel agent for probably ten years. Such an interesting woman. I have been trying to contact her as she had a cruise coming up on Holland. She loved life and she will be missed.

Mary Rose and Bishop Noll Class of 1960

Her dear friend and former student Pam (Powell) Kosenka made sure she was able to attend, picking her up and driving her to this memorable evening. I felt blessed to be able to document this special moment in some treasured photos, which I've posted to this site. May Mary Rose rest in peace,...
