Mary Anne was a very dedicated journalist while working for WXII here in Winston Salem. I remember her in depth coverage of the RJR buyout and I was a employee of RJR which shook the triad area. She also worked hard covering the Darryl Hunt murder trial and the Old Salisbury Road shooting which was big news here.
