Mary Louise Sherk was a wonderful woman! She will be very missed! I first met Mrs. Sherk when my daughter, Leah, started Head Start. I won the very first "Mary Louise Sherk" award for volunteering!!Great Lady, did Great things for this county!

I remember Mrs. Sherk especially since my mom, Elaine G. Early, was one of her volunteers with the Boost program. Through my mother's volunteerism, I met Mrs. Sherk and grew to highly respect her, her passion and committment. If everyone could have even a quarter of the impact that she had in her lifetime, the world would be such a better place.
