We will always remember Mary as a kind and generous family friend and aunty'. Delicious home-bakes and a fresh cup of tea were her hallmark. When we were children, I recall she always brought us chocolates. Throughout her long life she loved to visit and stay in touch with her old school friends; Pat, Mona, Ruth and Hetty, and often travelled with Molly. Mary never married, but seemed quite content with a long career in the Fire Service administration and in the company of her good friends....
