Mary B. Sopicki

Mary was daughter of my mothers uncle John (Jan) Wedzina who had been working in Brazil together with her father Maciej Wedzina. John Wedzina immigrated to the USA, while my grandfather returned to Poland right after my mother birth in 1913. I would like to learn more about Mary and her family. My mother name was Wladyslawa Sobieszek and she was in contact with Jan Wedzina before and right after the WW II. [email protected].

Dear Walter,Fred,Patricia,Evelyn and familys,Iam sorry to hear of the passing of your mom.i think of her often she was so funny and kind i remember when my mom died she was so understanding and how she missed her own parents it is something you never get over now they are all together once more .I remember how when i would go to her house with fred she was always in to her soaps.I heard she was at the waters and everyone just loved her that made me happy to know she had lots of people around...

Dear Sopicki Family,

I am very sad to hear of Aunt Mary's passing. She will be very sadly missed by many, but always fondly remembered. I have always appreciated her sharing family remembrances for our family tree. I only wish I had had knowledge of the Polish language those times that we talked! I'm sure in heaven above, my Grandpa can comfort her when she misses you all and embrace her now that brothers and sisters are reunited! I'm keeping you all in my prayers.
