Mary Ann Sutherland

I only knew Mrs. Sutherland when I was a young girl. Her daughter, Karen, was my very best friend in early elementary. I was invited over to her home for a play date and I still remember seeing her coming down the beautiful staircase. She was wearing a polka dot dress with a pink cartigan sweater draped over her shoulders. She had a smile that just added to her elegance. I remember stopping and watching her come down the stairs and thinking, "she looks just like a movie star". ...
