The Hudson/Sweatt family, and my family are close. My Father, Robert Runnels, worked with Samuel Hudson Jr. at the Dallas Housing Authority. My mother, Dr. Jane Haynes Runnels, worked with Ella Hudson in the Dallas Independent School District. She also taught at Lincoln High School, when Mary Lois Hudson was a student in the 1950's. Mary Lois was a former board member and long time supporter of Big Thought and just recently made a donation to our organization.
