Mr. Sykora, Emily, and Lauren:

I was so sad to learn that "Mom" had died. Even though she started life as a Cheesehead, she played the trumpet and that made her pretty cool in my book. She was a great woman and a joy to be around. She will definitely be missed.

Dear Larry, Emily, Lauren & family: I got to know Mary via many train rides with Larry, during which he would always refer to her as his best friend and loving partner. The times I saw Mary around town, I found her as joyful as Larry described.
