Mary hired me when I started work in NICU at Emanuel. I can still remember her asking me what I would be doing 5 years from that day. I worked in the NSCU for 14 years many with her there. I always admired her. She was a great person and nurse. I thought of Mary this summer when I went to a co-workers retirement party. She has not been forgotten by many.

To Rod and family: I had the pleasure of not only working with Mary, as my Nurse Manager in the NICU at Legacy Emanuel Hospital--but valued her skill/knowledge/caring/expertise and most of all her friendship for the years she was at Emanuel. She will be missed, but her legacy of caring--and caring for the tiniest of the tiny will continue to live on ! God bless you and your family at this time.
