I am saddened to hear of the passing of Miss Morris (Mrs. Toppi). She was my third grade teacher at the Woolson School many years ago. She was a wonderful teacher and was a positive influence in my formative years. She is one of the few teachers I have always remembered with respect , admiration and thanks. She never let us get away with anything, but she was always there if we needed her no matter what we needed her for. She was more than our teacher, she was a crossing guard, a playground...
