Mary Louise Traversa

Bless her soul and spirit for she has been in my heart since 1958.

I am very sad to hear of Mary's pasing. I was a classmate of hers at the Elms and enjoyed seeing her at diocesan teachers' conventions, as well as at Elms reunion. Your family will be in my prayers.

I had not seen Marylou since about 1953 when my family mover to california. I remember her blue dress with white pokadots.

MrsTraversa was a wonderful woman. When she asked you how you were, she truly wanted to know. She really had a genuine interest in those around her and always had a kind word to say. She will be missed very much.

Dear Brian, Gail and Gary,
Your Mom was my favorite and most memorable and influential Religious Education teacher as a kid. She really and truly walked the talk when it came to keeping a clean conscience, living a good life and loving God with all your heart. I will forever remember the infinite patience and loving kindness she showed this rowdy kid. I pray God's peace upon your broken hearts.
