Starmack, Joseph, 81, of Milpitas. Survived by his wife, Ruth Helen Starmack. He was a supervisor in the US Postal Service. Memorial service will be held January 4, 2pm at Firelight Science of Mind Center in San Jose. Arrangements by Callaghan Mortuary, (925) 447-2942.
