Not sure what to say?

Mary Vanderwarker was my kindergarten teacher in the early 1980s. I had arrived in Bangladesh and did not know English. She was very dedicated and instilled in me a love of learning. I still remember the book about whales and the book about planets I read in her class 40 years later.

My family moved to the west coast and I've spent my life in science and tech. I've never forgotten Mrs. Vanderwarker.

April 12 Many happy memories with Mary at Saratoga "camp" Miss you, Mary Prayers will be with family. Rest in Peace.
Mary Frances Hogan Brown
