Dear Mr. VanSchaack, Mark, Marcia, Susie, Eileen, and Sandy,

Your house was the place where I grew up and have such fond memories of summer vacations at Green Lakes with your family, swimming in your pool, and playing ping pong in your garage. Mrs. VanSchaack watched out for all of us in the neighborhood, and fed us too! I am deeply sorry for your loss.

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Mrs. VanSchaack was incredibly generous, kind and patient with us, the neighborhood kids. She gave us a precious gift in those wonderful childhood memories. A mom to us all.

I agree with you Meg. Mary took everyone of us in and looked out for all. Her hospitality was never ending and the door was always open. Mary added to the great childhood we all experienced. My prayers and sympathies go out to all of you.
