Mary Ellen was my first friend in Nampa. We were fellow Vandals. We met at a teacher breakfast and I worked with her for many years, in school and with foreign exchange students. I was fortunate to have her as a friend.

Mrs. Mary Ellen Voshell certainly made an impact on my life. In addition to being a wonderful teacher and friend, she was also a terrific neighbor. Fun fact, she took a risk to be our faculty advisor when a buddy and I founded the Pro Wrestling club in at Capital High. We had a ball! She was always so supportive of me and others. I am eternally grateful for her and her entire family.
