Not sure what to say?

Mrs. Walen was my brother, sister and my teacher. We remember her fondly and can even remember her piano. She was a wonderful friend to our mother as well. She will be missed. We´re sorry for your family´s loss. What an incredible person. Respectfully, Judy Milanowski

Dear Betsie & Ken, So sorry to hear this sad news. May God comfort you during this difficult time. We will keep your family in our thoughts and prayers. Ken & Sheryl Vierheilig and family

Dr Walen, I'm so sorry to read of your mother's passing. You will be in my prayers.

I was so sorry to hear of Mary Beth's passing. My sympathies to all the family. I have fond memories of her visiting Dublin many years ago with Dan and Sheila and also got to see her a couple of times in Grand Rapids with my mum Anne McCarthy and brother Damian McCarthy. She was always so full of life and I remember her amazing work on the family tree. Her obituary is a great reflection of the full life that she led. May she rest in peace. Olivia McCarthy

I´m so sorry to hear of Mrs Walen´s passing. I have fond memories of her as my Kindergarten teacher at St. Isidore.

Ray and Mary Beth were very special people who each left their mark upon our world. Ray with his photography and his friendliness; Mary Beth with her loving presence and willingness to be of service. They both live on in their children, whose values and good deeds were shaped by their lives and values. My sympathy and prayers.

Deepest sympathies to Jim and all the Walen family at this difficult time, may she rest in peace.
