Not sure what to say?

Sister Donatus was my Brother's 1st grade teacher at St. Pius V school in Lynn in 1947. She was also my 1st grade teacher when I started in 1957. I was conditionally accepted because I was only 5 and just barely qualified for admission. She was wonderful and gave me extra help if I needed it so I could continue , rather than restart the next year when I was 6. She was a marvelous teacher and inspired a love of learning . Brother's went on to hold a PhD and I got a BS in PT. She has stayed...

Sister Donatus was the principal during all but my first year at St. Patrick's in Natick, and will forever be a hero of mine. I will never forget an expression she used and something the always was; "second to none!"

Sister Mary K. Walsh, aka Sister Mary Donatus, was my first grade teacher at St. Joseph School, Malden, MA. May she rest in peace.

Father Aidan, We send our thoughts and prayers to you & your family. Jensen, loved Sister Mary K. and Jensen will always remember her for 'loving her sneakers" when she made her First Holy Communion. We miss you & St. Elizabeth Parish. Alicia & Jensen Armstrong former parishioners

Sister Donatus was my First Grade teacher at St. Pius School in Lynn. Three of my four older siblings were also in her class. Not only did I love her but my late parents were very fond of her. She had such a great spirit. She still does! My thoughts go out to her family.

With fond memories of Sister Donatus from St Patricks School in Natick, MA. Please accept my condolences.

I just heard about Sister Donatus. She had such an impact on our family when she was at St. Patrick's parish in Natick. She was the principal at St. Patrick's when my 2 brothers and I attended, and she was my older sister's mentor while she was studying to be a nun at the Novitiate in Framingham. How ironic that Sister Donatus spent her last days at Bethany. I remember her being such a source of strength to my family when my little brother Tommy died while he was in 2nd grade at St....

Sr. Donatus has provided many of us with a life lasting impression (55 years now) being the gatekeeper of our first experience with Catholic education. She will always be remembered for her energy, enthusiasm, kindness and wonderful smile. We are all blessed to have had her enter our lives at one point or another.
