Not sure what to say?

It was Mary who got me started as a docent at Elkhorn Slough for which I am very grateful. Mary had a wonderful, gentle presence -- she always made me smile.

I am so sad to hear of Mary's passing. I was fortunate to know her through her great ECE courses early in my career. Such a gem and wonderful teacher. And I enjoyed her beautiful art.

I hate being a guest in your memory book.... I loved you as a friend and will have to settle for you as a wonderful memory. Your face at my door was always a delight. We would sit and talk about art

Mary was my mentor. When I was a young student in Cabrillo's ECE program and wanted to teach poetry to children she had faith in my ability, gave me much needed confidence, relished my successes. I loved her.

so sorry for your loss . what a loss a lovely gracious woman, teacher and beautiful artist. The Marcus Family sends deepest prayers and sympathy.

We will love Mary always, her spirit, her artistic inspiration, her joy in life. Blessings, love and peace to Carol, and all the family.

Mary, I always enjoyed being in your company, visiting your studio, talking about art, working in the print studio class with you... I shall miss you, knowing at the same time that you lived a very rich and generous life. I send my sympathy to Carol and all others in your family.

Mary was always such a positive person, and so encouraging. I will miss her enthusiasm, and her energy.

Mary will always live in our hearts, her kindness, her generousity, her supportive nature. I also give thanks to her wonderful artwork! I'll miss her hugs...
