Mary Weatherall

She was a fine lady, of whom I once heard my grandfather, Arch Updike Sr., speak highly. I regret never having met her, personally, as she , evidently, is a kindred spirit to my beloved sister, Mary Updike. I regret, also, that I will be unable to attend her farewell service, as I am currently on a trip to North Carolina, occupied with my grandchild, Amelia Bernice (Bee) who is making her first communion on the same day.
