PARKS, MARYANN (Grilli), 68, of Warwick passed away peacefully March 24, 2016 at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved wife for 47 years of Barry S. Parks Sr. Born in Providence a daughter of the late Ernest Grilli Sr. and Angela (Saccoccio) Grilli. MaryAnn was a hairdresser for many years before retiring. Besides her husband she is survived by her beloved children, Barry S. Parks Jr. and his wife Wendy, Brian Parks and Jason Parks. Loving grandmother of Tyler, Michael, Giuliana and Jason Parks Jr.and the loving aunt of several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Ernest Grilli Jr. Her funeral will be held on Tuesday March 29, 2016 at 8:45 a.m. from 'WOODLAWN'' Funeral Home 600 Pontiac Ave Cranston, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Mark's Church, Cranston. Burial will be in Rhode Island Veteran's Cemetery VISITATION MONDAY March 28, 2016 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to the Amercian Lung Association.
